Confirmed, as it also won't open MyAccount at the Canada Revenue Agency. It is likely a duplicate of Bug 553452. I used the Launchpad PPA Lucid version to re-install sun-java6-plugin and Synaptics to uninstall the icedtea plugin. Perhaps a Canadian developer can get an epass for testing and not r
