I can confirm this on HP nw8240 with ATI FireGL V5000. When usplash is used doring the boot, I do not get back into X display, but only get horizontal white stripes (as already described in bug 58455). If I remove "splash" from GRUB options, resume after hibernate works. -- Hibernate doesn't re
