I just ran apt-get dist-upgrade on my desktop. Until now, I was able to
start my virtual servers using the command "vmplayer server.vmx" at the
command prompt. Now, when the command is typed, the command prompt
displays, but the server does not start up. I removed and reinstalled
both vmware-player and vmware-player-kernel-modules with no success.
