Does removing the .lck file resolve the problem? If not you may have to
restore from backup.

No I removed the .lck and it is still impossible to open BDTEK.odb
Unfortunately I have made no backup.
Is there any automatic backup for .odb files ? if any, where could I
found them ?

Unfortunately not unless you had enabled the option to 'Always create
backup copy' under Tools-Options-Load/Save-General, it is disabled by
default.
