Ok, here is a test file that has the same problem. It is less than 1mb
in size, and yet still takes a very long time to open. Can you test it
and see if it has problems for you?

OpenOffice Calc ext
Copying and saving the pages out of this document to individual
documents didn't help. This is not good. Perhaps it is a bug, just an
uncommon one. This is really beyond me.

Well, I'm not really at liberty to distribute the document I have. It
is a spreadsheet that has a Spanish Bible in it, one verse per line
(which I use to export the text to any other Bible program or thing that

Also what version of OpenOffice.org is in your OpenSuse 11.2? It looks
like it should be 3.1.1, if that is the case this might be a generic
3.2.0 regression.
