Public bug reported:
We should set a more useful User-Agent when requesting geoip data from
geoip.ubuntu.com, so that it's possible to distinguish in logs between
calls from the installer and potential future calls from anything else.
It'd be nice to put the Ubuntu release name/version in there too.
