Desktop is Gnome. The packages are installed The error is present. Note: I can do it in Windows and read the file in Ubuntu (ppt because odt don't embed sounds in the file), but I can't add sound file with OpenOffice impress in Ubuntu (so I think the problem is not gstreamer or codecs). --
