There are some bugs in
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/installation-guide/example-preseed.txt. I hope
this is the right place to report them.
1) The first line says &releasename; instead of the actual release name.
2) The line "d-i mirror/http/hostname string http.us.debian.org" should be
replaced with "d-i mirror/http/hostname string us.archive.ubuntu.com".
