I am closing this bug. After a 3rd upgrade from Lucid, this doesn't seem to be an issue. I am unable to test with one of the daily images as there seems to be an issue with them (alternate images are not on site every other day) i don't know the exact time frame or they are bigger than they

Ok after upgrade to Maverick again (i have upgraded and installed a bunch of times) In Maverick at this time none of the Nvidia drivers work, i am dropped to low graphics mode. I tried the 173 and nvidia-current the drivers offered in Jockey and neither work on my 6200 i will run apport-collect

Chris i am aware of the X changes coming up. upgrading worked just none of the non-free drivers would so i used upstreams but yes through out the next month or so i will be reinstalling/upgrading as i do monthly during dev cycles. I will start my scripts to get daily ISO's and see what happens.
