Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I have well over 100 backgrounds and if i wanted to add a whole folder
of backgrounds at this time i have to add one at a time and it is very
time consuming. As i recall this has been brought up in the past by a
few people but i don't ever remember seeing a bug on it. At this time it
took forever to add 15 backgrounds and i have not finished yet. If there
is any more info needed please let me know.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open System -> Appearances -> Background (or themes ect..)
2. Click Add and start adding them one by one

What should happen at least what would be great to happen:
Open System -> Appearances -> Background tab
Have a button to add a folder
Click the add folder button
Browse to folder desired and add it
