we can close this bug now. as csd is not coming in Maverick *and* the
actualy problem is something gtk should deal as guayadeque uses
wxwidgets not gtk

setting the status to new. this bug is not fixed anywhere. argb and csd
were disable due to lack of developer recources for alpha2 will be re-
enable once alpha2 hits. so the work on fixing this bug can be
continued. the app should use system colormap.

Fixed with an update yesterday to something - though considering the
number of bugs/fixes in guayadeque it would be worth rebuild as late as
possible
