Binary package hint: update-manager-core
I am not able to upgrade from Lucid to Maverick with "do-release-upgrade -d"
and "update-manager -d" as the latter shows nothing about a new release and the
first has this behaviour:

My system is fully up to date, and I'm using default Canonical repos (not local
mirrors) ; attaching my sources.list.
