Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

In the FTP Server section of the Ubuntu 10.04 Server Guide
(https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/C/ftp-server.html) there are a
number of problems.
1. The default Anonymous home directory no longer seems to be /home/ftp.
Instead it seems to have been changed to /srv/ftp.
2. By default, vsftpd no longer seems to be configured for anonymous download.
3. By default, local_enable is now assigned YES.
4. If you follow the given directions to restart the ftp server you are advised
to use the "service" utility: i.e. sudo restart vsftpd.

Of course, I could probably raise all these issues on the vsftpd package
project team instead! All this has changed since 8.04 which I am in the
(slow) process of upgrading from.

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
