to time in xorg-edgers, since it is mostly automated and there is no
testing of the packages (well, you're doing the testing...)

You can start updating again now. They just had some packages out with
too high version numbers which wouldnt get easily updated anymore. Well,
they could have upped the epoch, but that would have been too much of a
change on all the "normal" packages.

I saw that the fix is downgrade some lib package and then you say "it will no
longer update", then until when I will can update the xorg-edgers package again?

I had a similar issue - this was seemingly caused by api mismatch caused
by a wrong epoch on the libdrm package in edgers.
Follwing the instructions on https://launchpad.net/~xorg-
edgers/+archive/ppa fixed the issue for me:

libdrm's epoch was accidentally bumped in this PPA, if you updated

Hello. A similar problem in Ubuntu 10.04 - 32 bits:

Checking for Composite extension: present.

Add: Only I use compiz, the ubuntu default. Not is the same bug caused
for use compiz-fusion or emerald.
