Binary package hint: xscreensaver
for example xanalogtv saver:
the imagefolder settings is good. the xscreensaver takes all images from the
selected directory, but from hundreds
it takes cca 5 and shows them in a random order repeatly. when starting the
screensaver again it chooses another files.
this saver is pretty good, but the slideshow is boring showing same images
again and again.
