Binary package hint: software-center
Add a "Run" button to Ubuntu Software Center. So if you run Software
Center and look for a program, there are several options: Install, Run,
Uninstall. No menus, no shortcuts, just Software Center. And you can go
further and add the ability to place shortcuts onto your desktop using
drag'n'drop. IMHO, if the program is called "Software Center", it must
be able to do everything with software, and run it too.
