Obby is in universe, not main. UpstreamVersionFreeze and FeatureFreeze
only apply to main, UniverseFreeze (September 28th) is for universe.

Oh and although I think that's clear: You need to sync net6 and obby
first, before you could sync sobby and gobby. That beast is a bit more
complicated than other applications. (And yes, the current versions will
get uninstallable in between.)
