Whatever speed I set, I tries to burn at maximum speed.

similar thing here (Brasero 2.30.2 under 10.04.1 on i386). Whatever speed I
set, actual write speed is ~2,5.
When running growisofs on CLI, burn speeds are evaluated correctly (and actual
burn speed is as specified).
