Binary package hint: thunderbird

Cannot map to "Name" field for primary Address Book view. "Name" appears
to be derived from the 1st half of "email-address". Overriding the fact
that First & Last Name of the extract.

I.e. Imported address book does not show First + Last name -address book
view. First+Last name is not an  optional column (potential bug).
Instead a column #1 is called 'Name'. Similarly if you try to edit
contact with no "Name." You will see the First+Last name already exists.

Scenario: Imported contact from Gmail (CSV format). Enabled (checked);
First, Last, Email,2ndEmail & phone.
