I have this bug in English Language version OOo 3.2.0
Running Ubuntu lucid AMD64.
DCOUNT works first time to give a count of the numeric values (all of which are
>0).
DMAX, DMIN, DSUM sometimes works after re-entering several times. (starts off
giving 0)

original version (change file name to last version and correct language
file):

I too am experiencing this issue. Interestingly, this only happens with
some DSUM formulas. I have others in the same spreadsheet that do not
exhibit this behavior.
Also, when I edit the formula that contains the DSUM and hit ENTER, I
can occasionally get Calc to do the sum without the rounding.
