I'm experiencing this with maverick and 2.6.35-22-generic. I have
similar Samsung laptop as the original poster, but my bluetooth chip is
0a5c:2101.

I'm getting a very similar error message after resuming from standby,
and bluetooth stops working (indicator grayed out). Same results with
2.6.35-12 maverick backport and rc6 mainline kernel too.

If you could also please test the latest upstream kernel available that would
be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue.

Identical problem here, trying to connect to a myTouch 3G running
Android 2.1 (cyanogenmod) via bluetooth tether. Running on an MSI U-100
laptop. Connection used to work without issues on the linux-
image-2.6.32-24-generic kernel. Running lts maverick backport in lucid
