Public bug reported:

After choosing "Unmount" in the Gnome context menu, a volume with a file open 
will report that it is safe to remove and also that it is busy and can't be 
unmounted. Choosing "unmount anyway" does nothing.
See attached screenshot.

Three problems:
1. The drive is busy, so not safe to remove
2. Clicking the "Unmount anyway" button does absolutely nothing
3. Internal drive doesn't need the "safe to remove" notice
