I believe this is fixed with the last few weeks of power-usage tuning.
The new effects-cache for the panel and launcher should reduce the CPU
usage of Unity by a considerable amount compared to before. Due to the
way Mutter is painting, I don't believe we can get it much better this
cycle, it shoul
