when using binary/hudson_1.358_all.deb on a 10.4 server, a
/etc/init.d/hudson restart fails to restart hudson with the error:
/etc/init.d/hudson restart

The selected http port (8080) seems to be in use by another program
Please select another port to use for hudson
...fail!
The start part of the init.d file needs to wait for hudson to stop
completely and release the port before it tries to start hudson.
