I got same problem, but not only that. I am using 2 layouts, and
suddenly the indicator hanged at single layout (Russian), and did not
want to switch back to USA.
With this I was getting the keyboard input mixed all the time, i.e. the
characters were taken randomly from either of the layouts. Runn
getting the same crash here, marking this as Triaged.
