Binary package hint: opencc

opencc is an open simplified-traditional Chinese conversion tool.
libopencc0 is a  new dependency of ibus-pinyin, the default input method
engine for Chinese users, to make it function while converting
characters between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
