Problem solved after mplayer upgrade from this ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~ripps818/+archive/coreavc
Because it's mplayer2, not mplayer:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/611851 (#12, #13).
Replace mplayer to mplayer2 in Ubuntu repository will solve this bug
too.

Please apply patches for support linked and ordered chapters to
matroska splitter. mplayer with support of linked and ordered
chapters hosted in this git: http://repo.or.cz/w/mplayer.git
unless they get applied upstream, this is not going to happen for the
ubuntu package. I'd suggest to work
