This worked for me for postgres.

Though i need that libgtk file for other softwares too so i ended up in
reinstalling ubuntu.

I confirm the bug , but I try to resolve it with this command
sudo apt-get build-dep poedit && sudo apt-get -b source poedit && sudo dpkg -i

I try to run codelite from terminal i get this error:
$ codelite
codelite: relocation error: /usr/lib/codelite/libpluginu.so: symbol
_ZN13wxAuiNotebook7SetFontERK6wxFont, version WXU_2.8 not defined in file
libwx_gtk2u_aui-2.8.so.0 with link time reference
$ uname -a
Linux NaN 2.6.32-24-generic
I am confirming the pgadmin3 portion based on Martin's comments above.
Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin

I can confirm this bug. This has been introduced sometime in the past
week as I use pgAdmin3 quite often.
Attempting to launch pgadmin3 gives the following error:
