it looks like the file was incorrectly converted by some locale-code,
for example Turkish tolowercase/touppercase can do such things, however
since we never got back more information, I am closing this for now,
please reopen this bug with more information if this is still a problem
for you.

can you please attach the collection file? If there is sensitive data in
it, you can also just post some lines around where the invalid content
resides.
