There are still a bunch of references to /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD
in initscripts etc. Please sort them out. But I've uploaded your current
version.

Done, I've also changed any reference to the Regents and University in favour
of a more generic "authors".

One niggly issue: /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD - since standards-
version 3.9.0 (which you use) you shouldn't be referring to that any
more.
Otherwise looks good. (Oh and I suppose you can close the FFe from the
changelog too)

* upgrade source format to 3.0
* switch from dpatch to quilt
* debian/copyright compliance with DEP-5
* use of dh script in debian/rules
* many other improvements and a general better compliance with recent
packaging reco
