I'm using the latest daily build. I think there has just been an updated
ubiquity released, which is why you might not be seeing the same things.

Are you installing Alpha 3 or an earlier version? I am unable to get to
this screen installing 10.10 Alpha 3- the wording that is contained on
the screenshot is contained on a different looking screen for me. As a
side note, is the ubiquity installer different than the standard
installer?
