Public bug reported: The bouncycastle packages are built using the included script jdk14.xml however that script differs from jdk15.xml or jdk16.xml in that some classes are excluded such as the ECPointUtil and ECNamedCurveSpec.
If the package instead where built using jdk15.xml those classes would be included.
