Just in case it helps -
I had the 141 error too trying to install kubuntu 10.10 daily build 20 Sep into
a virtualbox VM.
I think the Disk setup has not got permission to create partitions. Lack of
"sudo"?
Boot the live CD and open a terminal
sudo partman
and then go through, auto creating parti
Ok, let me say what I understand:
First my ubuntu live cd is unable to install because of the 141 error in
ubiquity-partman.
Then you said that I need to change the ubiquity package because Maverick has
the 2.3.13, and I need the 2.3.6 so I have to downgrade it. Right?
