It's not the same bug. The bug 330057 on Bugzilla's Gnome is about no
Stop button on spatial mode.
The actual bug 61807 on Launchpad is about the Stop button that doesn't
work.

No I don't use beagle - just the default nautilus search. I am running
Edgy up-to-date. You need to try it on a large filesystem with a lot of
files so that the search takes time and you will see that it is still
running. I'm running the search on an old windows drive which has
66000+ files.
