I think this is fixed in henrik's updates to hid-ntrig. It seems much
better for me now. I think Henrik should be able to get a patch sent out
to the kernel team for inclusion in the RC image.

By setting the fuzz parameters large in the input driver (hid-ntrig),
the mtdev module will pick those up and perform the filtering. Thus, and
