Ok, I have installed totem-gstreamer and reinstalled totem-xine and now
I can play my videoclips again. It looks like this "libxine-extracodecs"
was uninstalled by some other application (I guess)
I have another problem with Mplayer when I play another file (which
works just fine now). I complains
my architecture is i386
mplayer is Version: 2:0.99+1.0pre8-0ubuntu6
totem-xine is Version: 2.16.1-1ubuntu1
I've noticed that if I try to play the files from the command line in mplayer
they work. If use them from the GUI they don't
here is the output of the command line when they work:
[EMAIL
If I try to play the same file from the command line with Totem (xine):
the command line says:
totem /media/hdc5/alberto/Shared/"DragonBall Z - Movie 14 - History of
Trunks.avi"
** Message: w 620 h 436 sidebar 200
Loading codec DLL: 'divxa32.acm'
Loaded DLL driver divxa32.acm
Loading codec DLL:
With both mplayer-nogui and totem-xine that is.
