Binary package hint: indicator-sound

Specific version where I can reproduce this regression is
0.4.0-0ubuntu1. New indicator is indeed great improvement, even
visually, but I experience inability to change volume by hovering over
indicator icon and wheelin'.

If there is a need for other information, I'm waiting for your request.
