Binary package hint: ubiquity

A very minor bug, but one all the same and one I thought was worth
mentioning. When you pass step 7/7 and it begins the install and
displays the text with the headline "Welcome" it says in a paragraph
underneath: "While Ubuntu is installed"

This seems incorrect, should it not be "installing"?
