backport OOo 3.2.1 for lucid

The current version in -proposed introduced a regression, and as there
is nobody currently working on this, I removed it from -proposed (we
need to clean up lucid-proposed for the Ubuntu 10.04.2 preparations).

It seems to me that here is the place to discuss possible issues with
the version in the lucid-proposed repository. As far as I understand the
version there is the version to be backported to lucid. The current
version in that repository would introduce a regression I pointed to.
After I found a
@Slawa: This place is of course tje correct place to discuss possible
regressions in -proposed. I just understood your comment 17 as this bug
being a duplicate of another bug (which is not the case).
@Matthias: Is it possible to have the version in -proposed to be updated
to 1:3.2.1-7ubuntu1?
The latest version from lucid-proposed (1:3.2.1-6ubuntu2~10.04.1) exhibits a
big problem with links during pdf export in writer.
The problem is explained here

I just accepted an updated version from Matthias
(1:3.2.1-6ubuntu2~10.04.1) which now also fixes the ARM build again, and
an additional fix. Please test this version as well, and let us know how
it works for you. It will be available on the archive servers in about
half a day.

As usual until OOo 3.3, the lucid-proposed's OOo breaks (force-
uninstalls) openoffice.org-voikko extension, which should be rebuilt and
put to -proposed as well, and released to -updates at the same time.

This Function Wizard bug exists in the 1:3.2.1-6ubuntu1~10.04.1 0 build too,
so I think there is a regression:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=594120
Maybe it's too far an edge case, but I do use the FW a lot, so I am
reverting to 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1 0 for my daily work.
Steps
For the record, this was discussed with Matthias before. While this is
arguably a large changeset, having 3.2.1 in lucid has been the plan all
the time (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/desktop-lucid-
openoffice), it just wasn't released in time. So this should spend some
longer time
Accepted openoffice.org into luic-proposed, the package will build now
and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!
