This issue appears to be solved by the sync with Debian's libaqbanking
4.2.4-2 (see previous note). Hence I mark it as "Fix Released" now.

The package should get synced with Debian to get the fix into Ubuntu.
Unfortunately I don't know enough about the Ubuntu processes, so I can't
do it right now.
