Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

A section called "Writing Your Own Programs" is included in the 9.10 and
previous versions' official documentation, but it no longer exists for
10.04 LTS.

I'd appreciate if you keep the section included in the official
documentation because that section is very helpful to set up a
programming development environment for Ubuntu newbies.

In fact, I have checked the 9.10 documentation, and all the apt: links
seem to work except monodoc which had been renamed to monodoc-browser
for 10.04 LTS in "Ubuntu 9.10 > Writing Your Own Programs > Other
programming languages". I guess it takes minimal efforts to add the
section for 10.04 LTS.

Many thanks in advance!
