1. Navigate to an installed item that has add-ons, e.g. Firefox.
2. Check or uncheck at least one of the add-on checkboxes.
What you see: The gap between the "Cancel" button and the "Apply
Changes" button is larger than the gap between either of those buttons
and the edge of the add-ons state bar.
What you should see: They should be at least as close to each other as
they are to the edge of the bar.
