Hello john , USA is the Default Keyboard Layout .. and now i added more
layout to see if the the same issue would happen .

Hello , i tried to add a keyboard layout .. so i did

Step 1 - went to System - Preferences - Keyboard
2- From layouts tab / i clicked Add.
- 3- selected a layout by language.

Sary: can you add USA and see if it does it too.
