upstream thinks that's not a shared-mime-info bug
"video/mp4 is a super-set of audio/mp4. See RFC 4337 for details:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4337
There's no way to know there's no video track without opening the file. You
should make Banshee handle video/mp4 files, or the user should rename

Same Problem here, with m4b (aac-audiobooks) files i made with itunes
(transcoded to m4b by itunes)

This music has been released under a CC license, it should be ok to
attach
