I updated yesterday to Natty and the problem is gone. Can someone else
confirm this?

I have The same problem, when i connect my nokia c5 it always ask me to enter a
pin.
In this way programs like BlueProximity are unusable.

it is it is always having me pair twice to connect... and i have to use
one didgit and be fast, or else it times out and i have to reset the
adapter and try again.

I have the same problem when pairing with a mobile phone on Ubuntu 10.10
Netbook Remix. The bug seems to be in the bluez package however: when I
install bluez en libbluetooth3 from Lucid and start bluetoothd by hand,
I'm able to pair successfully using Maverick's bluetooth-wizard. I then
reinstalle
What is required to further investigate this bug? I am also affected on
Ubuntu 10.10 i686.
