If you have a folder on exchange with subfolders containing emails and
you move it to a local folder. It looses some of the subfolders and
mail.

What does it do with them? Do I understand your use case correctly? You
drag a folder with subfolders to a new place? What happens?

I tested this in edgy aswell. On edgy it does not lose / delete the
subfolders but it doesn't copy them either.

Its in ubuntu dapper. Sorry. Its when you move folders that has subfolders to
another folder, those subfolders and their contents gets losts. Its when you
move it by drag and dropping it.
