I'm also planning to use it on my new machines and I'll need stuff like
GFS which is included only in -server images so it would be really
useful to have such image.

What do you mean no server image, when it's right there? The ABI
version doesn't match that of the regular kernel, but that's also
because xen changes will most likely introduce ABI bumps that don't
match the regular kernel
