nvidia-current from ubuntu-x-swat is blocking the upgrade.
As a workaround, you can downgrade to the packages in lucid, upgrade to
maverick, then reenable the x-swat ppa. That's depends on how well your
hardware is supported in the current lucid and x-swat ppa in maverick
