Tomasz: With Unity 0.2.46 I can open new Nautilus instances from the
launcher, just the running indicator from the dialog is still present if
there's no Nautilus window open.

Didn't change any gconf keys and didn't safe any sessions. To confirm, I
just installed the daily Netbook ISO - same thing: Nautilus is running
in the background.

The WM_CLIENT_LEADER id returned by using 'xprop' on the file copy
dialog isn't available in a desktop session after the dialog closes, so
this seems to be a UNE-only problem (I hope I picked the right
property).
