this is issue was fixed a couple months ago by implementing the GTK main
loop. all new releases work well with mplayerplug-in v3.45+ thus this
bug can be closed .

As of now, it works really bad, but it is addressed both by the Opera
developers and the usptream authors so it should work in the near future.

--enable-x, second with --enable-gtk).
